Gift Certificate Terms and Conditions

The Sacred Seed Photography Gift Certificate for family photography (On Location Sessions) "The Experience" comprises the following:

Planning and styling
In-home pre-session consultation
Access to vintage-inspired timeless outfits + props for children
Detailed personalization
Outdoor session at a location of your choice (travel fees may apply)
Viewing & Design Appointment
Credit towards digital files and heirloom print products (Amount chosen on the gift card)

The following terms and conditions relate to all Gift Certificates issued from July, 2023.

1. Gift Certificate Purchase

Your Gift Certificate can be purchased online or or via telephone via credit card.

2. Using Your Gift Certificate

All participants must sign a portrait agreement before your shoot begins, this will be emailed with a booking confirmation for electronic signature.
Your Gift Certificate can only be used for a family photography session.
Your Gift Certificate includes the above described family portrait experience.
The Gift Certificate is not redeemable for cash
No change will be given for any remaining Gift Certificate value that is not used at the time of the purchasing appointment.
If you are unable to use the Gift Certificate it may be transferred to another person.
If you fail to attend a booked shoot and do not make contact with Surabhi prior to the scheduled shoot time, you will forfeit the value of your voucher in its entirety.
Please contact Surabhi at least 6 weeks in advance to schedule your desired session date. Session will be booked based on Surabhi's availability.

3. Expiry of Gift Certificates

Family Photography Gift Certificates are valid for 12 months.
Gift Certificates must be registered before use and used by the expiry date on the card.

4. Intellectual Property

By booking a shoot with Sacred Seed Photography, you acknowledge, on behalf of all participants, that Sacred Seed Photography retains the copyright to all images created and reserve the right to use any images in marketing/promotional materials either printed or electronic, including websites and social media profiles.
Sacred Seed Photography normal Trading Terms and Conditions apply as stated within the portrait agreement.
